Form conversion measurement
When you submit a contact, demo or report request form, we send conversion matching details (email, name, company and job title, plus available click identifier, IP address and country) through Stape to LinkedIn for advertising conversion measurement. This form-submission transfer operates independently of your cookie choices. The LinkedIn relay hashes email before sending it to LinkedIn. It does not enable browsing trackers or enroll you in promotional communications.
1. Purpose and data controller
This Cookie Policy has been prepared to inform visitors about the cookies and similar technologies used on the adcubes.com website (the "Site") and the personal data processed through these technologies, in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") and the Guidelines on Cookie Practices published by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
The data controller in respect of personal data processed through cookies is Popile Medya Anonim Şirketi (the "Company"), which operates the Site.

2. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device through your browser when you visit a website. This Policy also covers browser local storage, pixels and similar technologies used for the same purposes as cookies.
The Site uses necessary, analytics and marketing technologies. Controlled analytics and marketing tools require your permission. YouTube video playback is available independently of these choices, as explained below.
3. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the proper functioning of the Site and for remembering your preferences. They are used on the legal basis of the data controller's legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of the Law and cannot be switched off through the preference centre.

Cookie lifetimes are distinct from data retention. Our retention schedule is 14 months for GA4 user/event data, 12 months for PostHog events and 30 days for session recordings. Aggregated reports may have different vendor retention rules. ph_*_posthog denotes the cookie name containing the configured PostHog project key.
5. Marketing cookies
These cookies allow us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, identify the organisations visiting the Site and link your visit to your record in our customer relationship management system. They are used on the basis of your explicit consent.

Marketing storage may also include _gcl_ls, adcubes_li_fat_id, snitcher_session and adcubes_utm. Site-managed LinkedIn attribution expires after 90 days; UTM attribution lasts for the browser tab session. YouTube storage is separate from these marketing preferences.
Embedded YouTube videos use YouTube Privacy-Enhanced Mode (www.youtube-nocookie.com) and remain available independently of your analytics and marketing preferences. Loading a player connects to Google; playback may involve Google cookies or browser storage. Privacy-Enhanced Mode limits personalization but does not mean no data is sent to Google. Playing a video does not enable other marketing tools or create a separate consent record. You may also use the “Watch on YouTube” link to open the video on youtube.com.
6. Cookie-free measurements
Optional site performance measurements also require Analytics permission, even when they do not use cookies.
7. Transfer of personal data
Data from permitted analytics and marketing tools may be processed by the listed providers abroad, including in the European Union and the United States. YouTube player connections are independent of these choices. Contact info@adcubes.com for information about international transfers.
8. Managing your cookie preferences
You can set your preferences for analytics and marketing cookies through the cookie notice displayed on your first visit to the Site. You may change your preferences or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link at the bottom of the Site. If you withdraw your consent, data collection by the relevant tools is stopped and the relevant cookies and local storage records placed by the Site are deleted. Cookies placed under third-party domains can be deleted through your browser settings.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause certain functions, such as language preference, to stop working.
Cookie preference records, including withdrawal, are retained for three years. Your browser preference expires after 180 days. Changes to processing purposes may require a new choice. We do not record a separate video-playback consent.
9. Rights of the data subject and requests
You may submit requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of the Law in writing with a wet-ink signature to our address stated above, from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to popile@hs01.kep.tr, or with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature or from the e-mail address registered in our systems to info@adcubes.com. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. Requests are free of charge as a rule; where the processing of the request entails an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. 10. Changes
The Company may update this Policy in line with changes to the cookies used on the Site or to the applicable legislation. The current Policy takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
