Form conversion measurement
When you submit a contact, demo or report request form, we send conversion matching details (email, name, company and job title, plus available click identifier, IP address and country) through Stape to LinkedIn for advertising conversion measurement. This form-submission transfer operates independently of your cookie choices. The LinkedIn relay hashes email before sending it to LinkedIn. It does not enable browsing trackers or enroll you in promotional communications.
1. Data controller
This notice has been prepared pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilment of the Obligation to Inform, in relation to the processing of personal data of persons visiting the adcubes.com website (the "Site").
Your personal data is processed by Popile Medya Anonim Şirketi (the "Company"), which operates the Site, in its capacity as data controller.

2. Scope
This notice relates to general use of the Site. The Contact Form Privacy Notice additionally applies to contact forms, and the Cookie Policy to cookies and similar technologies.

4. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partly automated means, when you visit the Site, complete forms on the Site or contact the Company by e-mail.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes stated above and subject to the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to the following categories of recipients:

Competent public authorities and institutions, upon request.
Hosting, security, customer relationship management and office software service providers process your personal data solely for the purpose of providing services to the Company and in accordance with the Company's instructions. The data processing principles of the analytics and marketing service providers used on the basis of your explicit consent are explained in the Cookie Policy. You may send any request for detailed information on transfers abroad to info@adcubes.com.
6. Retention periods

Upon expiry of the retention period, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised in the first periodic destruction cycle following that date.
7. Rights of the data subject
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right, by applying to the Company, to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad; to request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law; to request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred; to object to a result arising to your detriment from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
8. How to submit a request
You may submit your requests using the Data Subject Request Form available on the Site or by a petition containing the same information: in writing with a wet-ink signature to our address stated above, from your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to popile@hs01.kep.tr, or with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature or from the e-mail address registered in our systems to info@adcubes.com. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. Requests are free of charge as a rule; where the processing of the request entails an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning of the response and, in any event, within sixty days of the date of the request.
9. Changes
The Company may update this notice in line with changes to the applicable legislation or to its data processing activities. The current notice takes effect on the date it is published on the Site.
