General information

You may submit your requests concerning the rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") to Popile Medya Anonim Şirketi (the "Company") by completing this form and using one of the methods set out below, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller. Use of this form is not mandatory; any written request containing the minimum information required by the Communiqué is valid.

A wet-ink signature is not required for requests submitted via KEP, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or a registered e-mail address.

Information

Your request will be answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest from the date it reaches the Company, depending on its nature.

Requests are free of charge as a rule. Where the processing of the request entails an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged; if it is established that the request resulted from the data controller's error, any fee charged is refunded.

Requests submitted on behalf of third parties must be accompanied by a document of authority appropriate to the nature of the representation; requests submitted through an attorney require a power of attorney containing specific authority for this purpose.

Your identity, contact and request details obtained through this form, together with any documents of representation, are collected in physical or electronic form when you submit the form by one of the methods above, and are processed by Popile Medya Anonim Şirketi, as data controller, on the legal bases of compliance with the legal obligation arising from Article 13 of the Law (Article 5(2)(ç)) and the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Article 5(2)(e)), solely for the purpose of evaluating and concluding your request and documenting that process; where necessary, they may be transferred to legal advisers and competent authorities. Request records are retained for ten years from the date on which the request is concluded, for the purpose of evidencing compliance with the obligations arising from the Law and with regard to the general limitation period; documents attached to the request that are not required for its conclusion are destroyed once the request is concluded.
